💡 Tip: Travelers should note that The Merchant, a charming historic property, is accessible only by stairs across its four floors, as there is no elevator. If mobility is a concern, it's advisable to inquire about lower-floor room availability directly when booking. Also, while convenient private parking is available on-site, it comes with an additional charge.

💡 Tip: If mobility is a concern, contact the property in advance to inquire about ground floor room types, as there are stairs into the building and no elevator.

💡 Tip: Guests consistently praise the prime location; once you've parked your car using the free on-site parking, you won't need it again as most attractions, shops, and restaurants are just steps away.

💡 Tip: Given the historic nature of the property and absence of an elevator, consider requesting a room on a lower floor if you have heavy luggage or prefer to avoid stairs.

💡 Tip: Take advantage of the free off-site private parking, a valuable amenity, and then consider a short walk or local transport to the main historical district for exploring.
